You know...I really don't get people sometimes. I was in the store earlier buying some ice cream, and these ladies in the freezer section were talking about how they were "totally breaking their new year's resolutions" by buying their fudge ripple.

Except new year's just happened. It hasn't even been two weeks! I didn't even know that was something people were supposed to do…does everyone make a resolutuion? Is that normal? I never thought about it. I guess this is the second year I've had the chance to make one, but I wasn't thinking about that kind of thing last year.

Seems early enough I could still make one, but if everyone just breaks them, I'm not going t bother.

It seems like a lot of people are from that place. I wonder if this world--this city, has any of it's own holidays.

We could always make our own, if it doesn't. Since there are so many travelers here.

That's a good idea! I wonder what kinds we could make up. Maybe we should have everyone vote on one.

Hmmmm... We could just pick a day and name it after the city, and then have a city wide celebration. Everyone can have the day off of work or something.

It could be...City Day. Nah, that's not a good holiday name.

Or... Universe Day? Since a lot of people are from different worlds... I don't know if I like that though.
