I wrote in my diary a lot. I guess I don't have to, not like I used to. But I got in the habit.

I think it's a good way to stay in touch with your emotions and to resolve problems that otherwise might confuse you.

Emotions don't reside in the heart. It's simply a pump for a circulatory system. They're more centered in the brain and involve various chemicals, experiences and memories.

Unless you mean that you literally don't have a heart? In which case, do you lack an entire circulatory system? Or is blood pumped through your body via another means?
